2008 Support for change programme: Shaping the future - developing specialist resources for children and young people’s health and wellbeing This document outlines the Support for Change programme, aiming to provide clarity and consensus in regard to service systems, on local, regional and national levels, which will deliver the goals outlined in the Framework for Promotion, Prevention and Care .
