This report explores joint work by The Scottish Development Centre and YoungMinds. This project team worked with and through local structures for service planning and development, bringing their considerable experience and knowledge about mental health policy and practice and an understanding of the challenges faced by local partners in moving forward. This provided local areas with an opportunity to make progress in addressing key national priorities for children and young people as well as to feed into the development of the draft Framework. This report contains examples of case studies and practical solutions. Download full report (pdf)
