In 2005, SDC established a collaborative partnership with Young Minds and together the two organisations undertook a major piece of work in 2005 – 2006, providing implementation support to local Children’s Services planning partners through a series of stakeholder workshops, information gathering and good practice dissemination.

A second phase of this implementation support was delivered from 2006 – 2008, through a continuation of the SDC / YoungMinds partnership arrangement.
