Mental Welfare Commission: Your views sought
The Mental Welfare Commission for Scotland (MWC) has commissioned a survey seeking the views of doctors, nurses, MHOs and others who work in mental health and learning disability services. This follows on from a similar survey conducted by SDC exactly two years ago, which provided valuable feedback to the MWC about its work and practice, of which a summary report is available from here.
The aim of the 2007 survey is t9o fund out practitioners' views based on their own knowledge and experience of the MWC since the Mental Health (Care & Treatment)(Scotland) Act 2003 came into force.
The survey is available online at the following address from 4th January 2007 until the 8th February 2007:

A report of the findings will be available later in the year.
